Overview
Za̋ym Za̋yey Ni̋ēkēä was founded durring the late 13th century in summer of the year 1165, by Caw̄ Vúnvḗnḱ 'Iris Clair' Béchī Cä̋nvé̄y Rēr Yä̂f̄ Ya̋chvēy. The establishment of Za̋ym Za̋yey Ni̋ēkēä was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Caw̄ Vúnvḗnḱ 'Iris Clair' Béchī Cä̋nvé̄y Rēr Yä̂f̄ Ya̋chvēy struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Za̋ym Za̋yey Ni̋ēkēä as a prison colony.
Za̋ym Za̋yey Ni̋ēkēä was built using the conventions of Goblin durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Za̋ym Za̋yey Ni̋ēkēä is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Za̋ym Za̋yey Ni̋ēkēä is buildings are arranged arround a network of crampt cobblestone streets which form a diagonal shaped grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The city is in posession of a finaly crafted dwarvern style fortified fighting wall, completer with lower, middle, and upper battlments for use in sloped-fire defence stratagies, murder holes, and statues which may or may not be constructs, and, of course, MERTICULATIONSshortsizename is one of the wealthiest and politicaly connected settlments in the world.. The city's Ragnarock-era relics have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the city.
A look around Za̋ym Za̋yey Ni̋ēkēä makes it abundantly clear the city suffered something horrible some time ago. It’s a quiet city filled with closed scriptoriums, people quietly yet dejectedly reading in isolated places around town, and the occasional book laying in a heap of garbage.

While not open to the public, the librarians and scholars employed by the library will assist anyone with their research needs, and wealthy individuals can purchase membership to access the library's materials themselves. In spite of being generally closed to the public, the library has a room with several Aether Linked devices available to the public during business hours.
Za̋ym Za̋yey Ni̋ēkēä has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Za̋ym Za̋yey Ni̋ēkēä's natural decorations nor waterways.
Za̋ym Za̋yey Ni̋ēkēä has a Guild of Roadworkers, who are responsible for maintaining the roadways and public paths within town. They also have the duty of enforcing all civil laws relating to the roadways.

Cultural Notes
Two or more groups of citizens within Za̋ym Za̋yey Ni̋ēkēä hate each other. Their neighbors or the local law have kept things from too-overt violence, but members of the groups will constantly interfere with their rivals and cause whatever misery they can get away with. This hate may spring from recent events, or it may be an inherited spite from old wrongs.
Za̋ym Za̋yey Ni̋ēkēä's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its striking sculptural forms and often dazzling ornamental detail that characterizes the buildings general shape. The radiant colors, rich patterns, and symmetrical silhouettes employed by this style were backed up by rich decorative features including gardens, courtyards, extruded arches, domes, pointed domes, vaulted ceilings, elaborate painted and inlaid designs, and decorative sculptures.
In Za̋ym Za̋yey Ni̋ēkēä snow is warm to the touch and does not melt within city limits. Also it only happens during summer.
The Blood Hawk near Za̋ym Za̋yey Ni̋ēkēä are known to be almost tame, such that they can be put to domestic use.
Za̋ym Za̋yey Ni̋ēkēä's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in summer and involves performance art to channel Summoning energies of tier 2 via moments of science.
